What is your "E" rating
The "E" for for elite.
The scale is from E1 to E5.
You get a rating for each component:

Your overall "E" rating is the average of your component scores.

The rating components are:
1. Acceleration time (10, 20,40yds)
2.COD or change of direction ( 5-10-5)
3. Movement Skills (football related)
4. Hands (catches vs drops)
5. Position Specific Skills
6. Playmaking ability ( 1 on 1 competition)

Each component has point values for the time you run, are you stiff, mechanical or fluid, how many balls you catch or drop, how good are your position skills and finally can you make a play in a 1 on 1 situation.
